Filling in the forms. Are you still filling in the forms and dialogues by hand?

One of our clients has to take his customers’ orders. The problem is that the information in these orders is 95 % the same. The application, in which they fill all the order forms in, does not support any automation. So he had to fill in about 30 fields of the same form again and again day by day. However, the data basically, except for a surname and a name, were identical.
