There are several trigger for macro executing:

  • Hot key with or without hot key scope. Hot key is the keyboard key combination associated with macro. When the hot key combination is used macro will run. Hot key scope is a limitation. Hot key will be valid in the windows with the titles, mentioned in the scope substring. Everywhere scope means that hot key is valid in all windows.

  • Schedule your macro. To setup a new schedule select Schedue->Edit in the context menu. To disable schedule for this macro select Scedule->Never. Schedule settings dialog box is a standard Windows scheduler dialog box, see Windows Help on this issue.
  • Create your own fast access menu with your macros. You can create a folder, perform drag & drop operation in Apis menu. You can also setup macro parameters using Apis Menu.

  • Using context menu you can create a shortcut for you macro on a Desktop, Quick Launch Panel or in a Start Menu. You can also perform drag & drop operation and create a shortcut for a macro in any folder.
